With just one CNC Turning Center, Delta embarks on its journey towards precision excellence.
Eight additional CNC Turning Centers join our fleet, marking a significant expansion. We achieve ISO 9001:2000 certification, a testament to our commitment to quality management.
2007
2011
Two Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs) are integrated into our operations, enhancing our machining capabilities.Our dedication to quality is reaffirmed with ISO 9001:2008 certification.
The establishment of our Hi-tech QC Lab, equipped with cutting-edge CMM, Form Tester, Contour Tester, and Roughness Tester, reinforces our focus on precision.Two more VMCs and two CNC centers are added, further bolstering our manufacturing prowess.

We upgrade to ISO 9001:2015 certification, ensuring that our quality standards remain at the forefront of our operations.
Six additional VMCs and four CNC Turning Centers are acquired, accompanied by the integration of Zoller Pre-setting machine.Our quality management system attains AS9100D certification, reflecting our commitment to meeting the stringent requirements of aerospace standards.

In addition to the current machinery, 14 VMCs, 4 turning centers and 2 sliding head machines have joined us.Also we are going for the IRIS, ISO 14001,Zed and OHSAS certification in this new facility.
